recipe : New Potatoes, Crushed and Roasted

Ingredients

12 small new potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
rosemary
cheddar cheese

How to make this recipe

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in potatoes until they are fork-tender.
On a sheet pan, generously drizzle olive oil. Place tender potatoes on the cookie sheet leaving plenty of room between each potato.
With a potato masher, gently press down each potato until it slightly mashes, rotate the potato masher 90 degrees and mash again. Brush the tops of each crushed potato generously with more olive oil. Sprinkle potatoes with kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and fresh chopped rosemary.
Bake in a 450º oven for 20-25 mins until golden brown. At end add cheddar cheese if desired.

recipe : Cream Cheese Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1 - 16 oz. can refried beans
4 oz. (1/2 bar) cream cheese (softened)
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup mexican cheese
Salsa (a few TB - ¼ cup of your favorite kind) - optional

How to make this recipe

Preheat to 350.
Combine beans, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl until well combined. Add taco seasoning and salsa.
Pour into 8x8 pan. Top with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips. ENJOY!

recipe : Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake


Ingredients

Between 4 to 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Between 6to 8 Slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
You need half cup of mayonnaise
And half  cup of sour cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

How to make this recipe :

First step to prepare this recipe is to preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Second step : is to pat chicken dry & pute in a greased 9x13 pan. Then add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
Step 3 : Now use a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, half cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & garlic powder. 
Step 4 : Now spread this over chicken & sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Then finally bake about one hour.

recipe : Orange Juice Cake


Ingredients

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
Instructions

How to make this recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large bundt pan.
Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs together. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 mins. Pour batter into bundt pan.
Bake for 30 mins, or until knife inserted in cake comes out clean.
Combine the butter or margarine, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan. Boil this mixture for about 2 minutes. While still warm, poke holes in the top of the cake with a fork. Pour orange juice mixture over cake. When the cake is saturated place it on a plate, and dust top with confectioners’ sugar.

Stir together:

1 bag of miniature marshmallows
16 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 regular size tub of cool whip
1 package of nobake cheese cake filling

Stir in
1-2 containers of sliced up strawberries
3-4 sliced up bananas
Other fruits can be substituted or added as desired
Best served chilled and same day due to nanner discoloration lol

recipe : CABBAGE SOUP WITH HAMBURGER


Ingredients

2-3 pounds of hamburger (can sub chicken or turkey)
1 head of cabbage, chopped
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups white or yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 cups beef broth
2 - 14 oz cans diced tomatoes (with garlic, basil, oregano)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes
few shakes of black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (optional)

How to make this recipe

Brown hamburger before adding to crock pot.
Put all the ingredients in the crock pot, stir it around
Cook on high between 5 to 6 hours or cook on low between 6 to 8 hours

recipe : TACO STUFFED SHELLS


Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 envelopes taco seasoning
1-1/2 cups water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
1/4 cup butter, melted
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS (for each casserole):
1 cup salsa
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1-1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
3 green onions, chopped

How to make this recipe

In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Transfer to a bowl; cool. Chill for 1 hour.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Gently toss with butter. Fill each shell with about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture. Place 12 shells in a freezer container. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
To prepare remaining shells, spoon salsa into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Top with stuffed shells and taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheeses and chips. Bake 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve with sour cream and onions.
To use frozen shells: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours (shells will be partially frozen). Spoon salsa into a greased 9-in. square baking dish; top with shells and taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and chips; proceed as directed. Yield: 2 casseroles (6 servings each)

recipe : Bacon, Potato & Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

four slices thick bacon, cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide
one large yellow onion, peeled and diced
one yellow bell pepper, cleaned out and diced
four cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
two teaspoons salt, divided
eight large eggs
one cup milk, fat content between 1% and 4% (whole)
one teaspoon fresh-cracked black pepper
two cups shredded cheddar cheese
three cups frozen diced potatoes, unthawed

How to make this recipe

First step : Heat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13x9" baking dish with baking spray or olive oil.
Second step : Put the bacon slices in a large skillet and turn the heat on to medium. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, until it is crisp. Add the onion, yellow bell pepper, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook over medium heat until all the vegetables are fragrant and soft — about 5 more mins. Turn off the heat and let cool slightly.
Third step : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly and whisk in the milk. Whisk in the remaining teaspoon of salt, and the black pepper. Stir in the cheese, frozen potatoes, and the bacon and vegetables from the skillet. (Don't worry; the frozen potatoes cook just fine!) Pour the whole mixture into the prepared baking dish. (At this point the casserole can be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.)
Step 4 : When you are ready to bake the casserole, bake for 40 mins, or until the eggs are firm and the top is slightly golden. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
Finally step : Serve immediately with fruit and rolls or toast.

recipe : Ooey Gooey Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

1 box elbow macaroni, 1lb
2 can(s) cheddar cheese soup (10.75 oz)
2 can(s) 12 oz each, evaporated milk
1 1/4 stick butter
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
2 c extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c pepperjack cheese, shredded

How to make this recipe 

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2 Cook pasta according to pasta directions just until done - You don't want it mushy, because it will absorb a little of the cheesy liquid in the oven.
Step 3 Combine soup, evaporated milk, butter, salt, and pepper in a large microwaveable bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent, and cook for 6 to 7 mins until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm-to-hot throughout. (If making a half batch, 4 mins in the microwave should do it).
Step 4 Add to cooked pasta.
Step 5 Add cheeses one at a time, stirring constantly until everything is melted and incorporated.
Step 6 Bake for 40-45 mins.
Step 7 FOR CROCK POT: Follow directions 1 to 5, leave your crock pot on low and cook for 4 hours.
